I am the New business Manager at Ross Coates solicitors as well as Client care Manager. During my time at Ross Coates, I started my career as a Receptionist, then in the sales team. I then become a legal assistant- then a Conveyancing Executive.

Leticia is a Legal Assistant who provides support to Lucy Guerreiro's conveyancing team. The team specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, such as the sale and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, as well as First Registration of Title.

Leticia's degree in Psychology allows her a deeper understanding of human behaviour and communication, which is incredibly valuable in navigating the complexities of property transactions. This blend of legal acumen and psychological insight enables Leticia to connect with clients on a deeper level, anticipating their needs, and facilitating smoother, more empathetic interactions throughout the conveyancing process.

Linka is an experienced family law solicitor with more than 20 years' experience working within legal practice. She began her legal career after completing her degree in South Africa and the Netherlands, developing a strong professional foundation within law firms and gaining extensive experience in public relations, regulatory compliance and professional standards. Her background has given her a deep understanding of the importance of clear communication, professionalism and exceptional client care.

After taking a career break to raise her young family, Linka returned to legal practice and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a Master of Laws (LLM), with a particular focus on international family law. She qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and has since dedicated her practice exclusively to family law.

Linka advises clients on a broad range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial settlements, matrimonial finances, child arrangements, and disputes involving cohabiting partners and unmarried couples. She also has experience dealing with private wealth disputes following relationship breakdown, including issues relating to jointly owned property and financial claims between former partners.

Known for her pragmatic and strategic approach, Linka works closely with clients to help them achieve fair and practical outcomes during what are often emotionally challenging circumstances.
