Daniel joined Ross Coates Solicitors in April 2010 as head of the litigation department, having previously trained as a solicitor with a successful and well established City law firm.

Daniel also has considerable experience in acting for both landlords and tenants in property disputes, as well as assisting individuals with neighbourly and boundary disputes.

Daniel and his team are able to deal with a wide variety of litigious matters. Daniel has a keen eye for detail and an acute commercial awareness, which means he is particularly apt at assisting clients with a broad range of commercial disputes, from relatively simple disputes over payment or delivery of goods right through to the interpretation of complex commercial contracts. Daniel is fully aware of the commercial realities of the world and as such approaches all of his cases from every angle possible with a view to achieving the best commercial result for his clients.

When not at work, Daniel is a food lover and spends a lot of his time creating and preparing exciting dishes for him and his brave friends and family to try out. Due to this, when he's not in the kitchen, Daniel can often be found burning off these calories by playing either golf or squash. Daniel is also currently training for his second half marathon, which is to take place in July 2010. Daniel also has a passion for music and has played both guitar and piano for many years.
