Ammad was educated in Manchester and Preston and in 2004 achieved an LLB (Hons) from the Lancashire Law School at the University of Central Lancashire. Ammad commenced his career in 2005 in a well established commercial law firm in Manchester where he acted for a number of national and international property developers and investors.

Ammad started at Ross Coates at the beginning of 2010 and specialises in all types of non-contentious commercial and residential conveyancing.

In his spare time Ammad likes to watch his favourite football team and practice his swing at the local driving range.
