John has 31 years continuous residential conveyancing experience joining a firm of solicitors in Enfield from school and studying the Institute of Legal Executives Examinations and working for the following 23 years for only 2 different employers. John then qualified as a licensed conveyancer and upon application was granted a full licence to practice. John ran his own highly successful conveyancing practice as a sole-practitioner for 5 years in Enfield.

John joined Ross Coates Solicitors during Spring 2007 as a Conveyancing/Risk Manager and enjoys retaining the loyalty and support of his past clients and representing them still on their conveyancing transactions. John is also loyally supported by various estate agent introducers from Enfield providing a steady flow of work.

John has lived locally (relatively speaking) in Bury St Edmunds for 11 years and is married with 3 young children (including twin boys!).

John enjoys, what remains of his spare time after running around 3 sporty young lads, swimming and cycling.
