What our standard Home Information Pack includes:
Mandatory Documents:- Index
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- Sale Statement
- Official Copies of the Register
- Local Authority Search
- Water & Drainage Search
These are all the required documents to make a complete Home Information Pack under the new Government legislation.
We also offer the opportunity to include other voluntary documents, such as additional searches and Home Condition Reports (HCR’s) at a small fee. These documents will enhance the standard HIP and provide much more detail about the property to potential buyers.

6+ Bed: £POA*
* All prices are subject to VAT charged at 17.5%
** Leasehold properties will require an additional charge in order to obtain management documents, these charges vary from each management agent.
