If you require legal advice with regards to divorce and separation, we offer a free half hour consultation. Our solicitors are located in Suffolk, with offices in Ipswich and Kesgrave. We are the only solicitors in the area offering this service. Also, for those who cannot readily get in to see us, or who are not local to the Ipswich area, advice is given over the telephone
Another very popular service is our fixed fee divorce scheme. On the whole, most people would rather know what it is going to cost them from the outset where possible. Acting for a Petitioner with children is £650 plus VAT and court fees.
Acting for a Petitioner without children is £550 plus VAT and court fees. Acting for a Respondent with children is £400 plus VAT and court fees and acting for a Respondent without children is £350 plus VAT. The Court fees are £340 and are set by the Court.

For those who are not able or ready to commit to divorce yet, we can assist by preparing a Separation Deed which can include matters such as when you will divorce, arrangements for the children and any financial agreement reached. It is important on separation to formally record such matters.
